Regular visits, at mutually agreed upon frequency, shall be made by RADICAL MARKETING to ensure that your water systems operate smoothly. Pro-active measures shall be taken to avoid any problems in your water system and the innovative servicing activities shall be carried out to ensure troublefree operations.
Radical Marketing shall be involved in the start up and stabilization of the treatment program. Daily visits shall be made by us during this period.
Subsequently, regular visits shall be made by our Application Engineer to oversee and monitor the treatment program
Water samples shall be collected during each visit. All major water parameters shall be tested by Radical Marketing and analysis report shall be made on the same
Recommendations shall be suggested by Radical Marketing to monitor the health of the system.
We shall ensure that the dosing pattern and operating parameters of water as per recommendations is maintained.
Monthly / Quarterly report shall be submitted to the customer regularly.
Program Operating Manual shall be submitted prior to the start up of our treatment program to ensure that smooth operation is achieved.
We also conduct Operator training program immediately on finalisation of contract.
Report on the annual shutdown observations.
We shall conduct quarterly business review meetings to review the operating characteristics and work out an action plan for coming months.
Radical Marketing has all the facilities, infrastructure and experience in managing cooling / boiler water systems, RO Plant, Raw / Effluent / DG Set and the same shall be extended for your plant.
